Vaquita survey resumed at present at 5:30. In the course of the morning there was little small boat exercise within the ZTA aside from some boats crossing. Round 12:00 the survey completed for the day.
At 18:00 we detected two small boats stationary contained in the ZTA and moments after we confirmed they have been pulling nets. We contacted the Navy and so they responded affirmatively, however lower than 20 minutes later the 2 small boats completed retrieving their gear and left the ZTA shortly, heading in direction of the northeast. We knowledgeable the Navy and made positive there was no fishing gear left within the space. Another small boats have been seen heading northeast in the course of the night.
