Pitchfork beforehand obtained Nationwide Journal Award nominations in 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. In 2013, Pitchfork received the Nationwide Journal Award for Basic Excellence in Digital Media. Pitchfork Affiliate Editor Cat Zhang was chosen as a 2022 ASME Subsequent Award honoree.
